Montreal Spring 2023
Got a chance to do a quick weekend in Montreal on a nice spring weekend. Stayed right downtown at the Bonaventure complete with festive rooftop hot tub and adjoining bar. Explorations included Old Montreal (familiar but amazing), Jean Talon (fun, but maybe not worth the time), and a bit of downtown (typical city). Still outstanding are the areas surrounding McGill University and Mont Royal beyond. Montreal has an extensive bike path system, so hopefully the next visit will be in warm weather spent cruising around on two wheels. I like Montreal more than Toronto...it's more concise, manageable, and I think it's just generally a more vibrant city. Highly recommend.
